Why do we eat so many meat?
Its a question Ive been pondering ever since Ive read a few articles about people eating too much meat, or even not enough meat.
Ive noticed that there are people who dont like to cook with meat, especially the kind that youre used to eating, and dont want to get into the cooking and chopping process.
Its also become quite common to see people eat their meat with no sauce at all, or at best use a tomato sauce.
These types of recipes arent usually very healthy and are not usually healthy for you, and may not be suitable for your family, as well.
What is a vegetarian diet?
Most vegetarians dont eat meat.
Its not that vegetarians do not eat meat, but thats the way it is now.
In the 1960s, vegetarianism was the norm in many western countries, with the exception of the United States, where the US Supreme Court ruled that eating meat is illegal.

I dont think vegans or vegetarians should be allowed to eat meat in any form, but it doesnt mean thats not possible.
