In November 2015, I was asked to help promote the Ketogenic Diet, a ketogenic diet that is low in carbohydrates and fat.
I had never heard of it before and was nervous about the concept.
I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into, and I was worried about how it would be used.
Ketogenic diets are known to work, and they are commonly used to lose weight.
However, the ketogenic approach is controversial and not recommended for everyone.
I decided to do a simple keto experiment and try it out.
After the initial shock wore off, I knew I wasn and hadn’t really thought about what I would do next.
I was also worried about getting some results, which is exactly what I needed to make the transition.
As it turns out, keto doesn’t work on everyone, and some people can’t tolerate it.
I decided to start the experiment by making the most of my keto experience and experimenting with keto-friendly foods.
Here are some of the keto recipes I found that worked well for me: Keto recipes are my own personal experiments and I make no claims or endorsements of the foods.
I’m just sharing my thoughts and experimenting to find what works for me.
